Your personality is a collection of traits and behaviours that you project within different "roles" (or personas) as shown in your "ME-map" below. If you've already attended personality training, especially one by GladiatorTraining.biz, you will understand this concept clearly.
In different roles, most people seem to be different persons. For example, the way you behave with your friends could be different from how you act in another role where your responsibility or authority is higher. Different roles call for different behaviours.
It is important to remember that every role is a part of who you are, so this is truly you—there is no faking involved. In this exercise, we are measuring how you adapt your "nature" to succeed in your chosen "role", so your answers should reflect how you actually behave within that chosen role.
