An interesting tool we created draws examples of personality types from popular TV shows and movies to explain the DISC Behavioural Model in action. For the sake of anyone who might be unfamiliar with them, we describe each of the shows and discuss
primary protagonists
. This way, you may more easily understand how individual behaviour reflects the characteristics of one or more of the personality types in this very practical DISC system.
