Introduction

We have 4 Archetypes, each with specialist traits:

  • The Sovereign Strategist
  • The Fox of Strategy
  • The Alchemist of Innovation
  • The Bedrock of Stability

Humans are not ‘static’ beings. A person will always have natural leanings toward a particular Archetype, but if one is to be highly effective in any field, not only must people understand the other types, they also recognize parts of them in themselves.

ALL Archetypes are essential for the optimal functioning of any organization, so it is actually imperative for you to nurture the different qualities that will bring out the best in your own dominant archetype.

The Pillar of Execution & Reliability

The Analysis:  You are the embodiment of Principle VII: Gender (Generation).  You represent the "Masculine" drive—the sheer Will that brings a strategy into physical reality.  You are also the “Feminine” stability upon which the entire firm rests.

Your Strengths:  You are the closer.   When the "Alchemist" dreams and the "Fox" negotiates, you are the one who ensures the ink dries and the product ships.  You need to identify the direction and the force of your action as  yin:yang  equilibrium is what ensures Stability.

The Mandate:  Reliability is not the same as invincibility.   If you focus  only on "The Work," you will eventually be outmanoeuvred by those playing the "Political" game.  You must sharpen your Strategic Discernment.

The Vault Directive:   You would do well to review “The Art of the Human Playbook” because understanding the "Layered Human" Model will allow you to lead your team with psychological leverage while ensuring psychological safety, thereby moving from "Worker-" to "Warrior-Leader."
