Introduction

We have 4 Archetypes, each with specialist traits:

  • The Sovereign Strategist
  • The Fox of Strategy
  • The Alchemist of Innovation
  • The Bedrock of Stability

Humans are not ‘static’ beings. A person will always have natural leanings toward a particular Archetype, but if one is to be highly effective in any field, not only must people understand the other types, they also recognize parts of them in themselves.

ALL Archetypes are essential for the optimal functioning of any organization, so it is actually imperative for you to nurture the different qualities that will bring out the best in your own dominant archetype.

The Catalyst of Change

The Analysis:  You command by the power of Principle III: Vibration.  You sense shifts in the market before they becomes trends.  You don't just solve problems; you transform crises into entirely new categories of opportunity.

Your Strengths:  You have clear vision and foresight.  You also have a sense of correct timing, knowing that change is inevitable, but you’re generally aware of other people’s rhythms also.

The Mandate:  Innovation without execution ... is merely a hallucination.  Without the discipline of the "Strategist," your brilliant pivots will exhaust your team and deplete your capital.  You need structure to contain your fire.

The Vault Directive:  Study the "Field Notes" in the  Strategy Audit Archive.

You must learn to "Neutralize the Rhythm" of chaotic cycles so your innovations have the time to take root.
